Project management: Managing customer projects in the area of digital transformation from conception to implementation. Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Requirements analysis: Analyzing the customer's existing business processes and identifying digitalization potential. Creating customized digitalization strategies based on the customer's requirements.
Technology implementation: Selection, adaptation and implementation of digital solutions that meet the specific requirements of the customer.
Customer training: Conducting training courses and workshops for customers to ensure the successful implementation and use of the digital solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: A degree, comparable training or many years of professional experience in a relevant field such as computer science, business informatics, communication science, business administration or a similar field.
Experience: Experience in sales, preferably with a focus on customer-facing IT projects.
Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly both internally and externally.
Technical knowledge: Familiarity with the latest digital technologies, platforms and frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong customer focus, proactive approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
